The City Desk Detox focuses on relieving deep muscular tension in the neck, shoulders, back, and hips โ common stress zones for office-based workers. Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Policy All appointments must be booked in advance, either online or by phone. Walk-ins may be accepted if there are available slots but are not guaranteed. A confirmation email or text will be sent upon booking. Please confirm your appointment within 24 hours to secure your slot. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment without any penalty. Late rescheduling may incur a fee. No-shows will be charged the full service price. 3. Arrival Policy Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork and prepare for the massage. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, but you will still be charged for the full session. 4. Health and Safety Policy Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, recent injuries, or surgeries during booking. This ensures that the massage therapist can adapt the session to your needs. If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of contagious illnesses (e.g., fever, cough), please reschedule your appointment. All equipment and massage tables will be sanitized between clients. Therapists will wash their hands and wear clean attire for each session. 5. Payment Policy Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and mobile payments. Gratuity is appreciated but not required and can be given at your discretion. 6. Code of Conduct The massage therapist reserves the right to terminate a session if inappropriate behavior occurs. In such cases, the client will still be charged for the full session. Respect for personal boundaries and communication is expected at all times. 7. Privacy Policy Client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. Massage notes and health records are stored securely and are used solely to enhance the quality of the service provided. This policy ensures smooth business operations, respects the time of both clients and therapists, and maintains a professional and safe environment for everyone.
